Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee:

Refund Requests:

  1. Changes can be requested during the initial presentation of service concepts. Once designs are approved and payment is made, no refund requests will be entertained.

  2. Refund requests before the delivery of the initial design and concepts are eligible for a refund (Less 15% service and processing fee).

  3. Refund requests made within 72 hours of the initial delivery qualify for a 75% refund (Less 15% service and processing fee).

  4. Refund requests made between 72-140 hours of initial design delivery are eligible for a 25% refund (Less 15% service and processing fee).

  5. No refund requests are entertained after 140 hours of the initial delivery. However, client concerns are always addressed for 100% customer satisfaction.

  6. No refund will be processed if there is no action taken on an order for 30 days after placement.

Specific Cases:

  1. For video animation packages, no refunds will be entertained once storyboards are delivered & approved or once the animation is live.

  2. Fair Usage Policy applies to revision requests, limiting customers to 3 rounds of revisions per phase.

How to Claim a Refund:

  2. We aim to resolve concerns through our revision policy; otherwise, a refund request approval will be emailed.

Post-Refund:

  1. Design rights will be obtained by OKNIT digital, and you agree not to display any version of the refunded design.

  2. Government Copyright Agencies collaboration ensures restricted re-use of refunded designs.

Money-Back Guarantee:

  1. Based on good faith ordering; orders placed with multiple agencies for the same job with refund intentions may be declined.

  2. Unique design guarantee entitles a redraw if our design is considerably similar to an existing one.

My Account:

The client’s responsibility includes checking the Account Area for concerns and queries. Failure to do so does not provide grounds for a refund. For assistance, contact our customer support.

Domain and Hosting:

Free domain and hosting with video animation packages, where applicable. Email accounts provided with video animation packages can be configured on third-party software.

Delivery Policy:

Design order files are delivered to “My Account” within 5 to 10 days. Rush delivery available within 48 hours for an additional fee.

Record Maintenance:

We keep records of finalized designs. Requesting final files in the future is possible.

24-Hour Customer Support is available for immediate assistance.

Communication Policy:

OKNIT digital is not liable for correspondence from email addresses other than those under our domain. We take responsibility for communication through our domain email addresses or toll-free numbers.
